Wired!

The wire transfer finally came in sometime between 3pm and 5:30 today, so about 27 hours.

Hallelujah?

I finally exited from my investment property...a year later than I planned and 4 months, 3 days after the date on the contract.
There was a wire transfer fee on the HUD-1 but so far there's no extra money in my account. Hopefully, there's something there in the morning or I'll be waiting breathlessly by the mailbox for the next few days.

After all is said and done, and after I pay off all the credit cards I ran up during the rehab, I should just about break even. Of course, there were other charges on my cards besides costs associated with the property. So maybe I'm a little bit ahead.

Time to find the next opportunity.
